Fees
Transparent Fees from the Start
We publish our fees openly because we believe people deserve clarity before they ever make contact. Separation is already stressful enough — the cost should never be uncertain.
Standard Fixed Fee
The full separation mediation process (€2,100 per person or €350 per person per session) and includes:
-
Six structured mediation sessions
-
The mediation summary
-
Statement of Means
-
Statement of Welfare (where relevant)
-
Documentation of assets and arrangements
-
Drafting of the final mediated agreement for your solicitor
For most couples (around 80%), this completes the full process.
Fewer Than Six Sessions
Where a mediation is more straightforward — for example, where there are no children involved, or matters are already largely agreed — fewer than six sessions may be needed.
In these situations, the cost is simply reduced on a pro-rata basis, so you only pay for the time actually required.
Cost is not always paid equally and the FEE SPLIT below will calculate this for you
More Than Six Sessions
Where additional complexity exists (e.g., overseas property, commercial businesses, or more intricate asset arrangements), extra sessions may be needed.
If that happens, we agree this clearly in advance, and the cost is calculated on the same pro-rata basis as the standard package, so there are no surprises.
In Summary
Whether your mediation requires fewer sessions or more, the pricing is always transparent, predictable and agreed with you in advance.
You stay in full control of both the process and the cost at every step.
Mediation is almost always a fraction of the cost of court proceedings, where combined solicitor and barrister fees can often exceed €8,000–€15,000 per person for a contested separation or divorce.
> Fair pricing for a fair process.
